Our Latest Projects
Gulf of Thailand – Chevron
We completed a campaign with Chevron in the Gulf of Thailand, providing pressure control equipment and personnel for an 11 well decommissioning project. Some of the equipment supplied includes an Accumulator Unit, Hose Reels, Single Ram BOP, Wellhead Connector and a Mobile Container Workshop.
Elgin Subsea Structures
Our pressure testing division recently completed multiple mobilisations utilising one of our mobile test units to completion 34″ Subsea Spools, Manifolds and PLR involving Hydrostatic testing and valve N2 seat testing for one of our prominent clients. This project was completed ahead of schedule and with no safety concerns, reducing the overall cost to the end user.
LP Universal Retrieval Clamp
Our 30″ Low Pressure (LP) Universal Retrieval Clamp was utilised for a decommissioning campaign in the North Sea for the removal of several subsea xmas trees. The innovative design, allowed the incorporated default Cameron profile to pull the first XT, before a quick installation of the inserts to swap over to a Sea King LPWHH profile, resulting in a successful campaign.

Hydraulic Bolting & Torque Services
SPC offers a variety of controlled tightening options to best meet the requirements of your application, ranging from manual torque multipliers, to pneumatic torque wrenches, as well as a comprehensive range of hydraulic torque wrenches and interconnectable bolt tensioning tools. All tools are supplied with current calibration certificates, torque charts and competent personnel.
Pressure Testing Services
SPC can service all your Hydro pressure testing needs, up to 22.5K PSI capability. We supply low-pressure high volume or high-pressure low volume hydro pressure testing, and can also provide the service with data collection points, including the option to live stream the data. We can pressure test all types of tanks, vessels, spool pieces and manifolds, and have blast curtains in use with our mobile fleet.
Hose manufacture, Inspection, Repair & Replacement Service
Our on-site service for industries including oil, marine and plant hire, specialises in the inspection and repair of all types of hydraulic hoses, from ¼” up to 4” diameter. We are stocked with a wide range of fittings/hoses and accessories of all sizes to match our client’s needs, and reduce downtime. Our mobile fleet is fitted out with hose skiving and swaging machines for a fast turnaround.
